(b) At a concentration of 1 M, the conductance of propionic acid is 1.4 x 10^(-4) m^(2) ohm^(-1). What is the degree of dissociation of propionic acid in this solution? Welcome to CBMS208 for 2008. I hope you are all looking forward to a fun filled semester of chemical analysis. Practical classes will be starting in Week 2 (Experiment 1). The lab notes are available on-line in the Printed Notes section of this web site. You will need to print a copy of these lab notes before coming to the prac classes in Week 2.
