The Macquarie University Society of Chemistry And Biomolecular Sciences (SCABS) consists of a group of undergraduate and postgraduate students at Macquarie who are interested in chemistry or biomolecular sciences and/or are considering chemistry / biomolecular sciences as a career. The Society keeps members up-to-date with the latest research and events in chemistry, and organises functions such as trivia nights and BBQs to allow members to keep in touch.

A mailing list has been created to facilitate communication between SCABS members. We will use the mailing list to keep members informed of upcoming events organised by SCABS and also events organised by the the Royal Australian Chemical Institute NSW Young Chemists Group. Please feel free to use the mailing list to ask questions, make comments, or simply chat about chemistry, biomolecular sciences or science in general.
